How to order

1 Write us an email

2 Send us your shipping and invoice address

3 We will get back to you as soon as possible, providing an estimate when your order will be ready to be shipped and an invoice

4 Your order will be produced and packed

5 Cover the invoice before your order is ready to be shipped

6 As soon as we have received your payment and your order is ready to be shipped, the shipment will be handed over to the shipping partner and we’ll provide you a tracking link

Payment

Payments can be made via bank transfer or Paypal.

Shipping

We do ship worldwide.

Shipping costs are individually calculated based on your location and the size/ weight of your purchase.

The delivery time depends on your location, within Germany and the EU most items are delivered within 3-4 business days.

Claims and Returns

All sales are final, we do not offer returns or refunds.

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph it and reply to your order confirmation email so we can send you new product and issue a claim with our shipping partner.

Production time

The given production time per piece is an estimate.

We do only have a limited stock of certain items and mostly produce on request, therefore we are allowing us a production time varying per piece.

Sometimes the production might be faster than the given estimate. Please contact us for the current production time.

Prices

All given prices are calculated with the Germany VAT (19%). On all private sales purchased within the EU, German VAT is added, accordingly to the law.

Customers outside of EU may be required to pay the local taxes or duties upon delivery – we are not responsible for the payment or handling of this.
